WARRANTY AND RETURN INFORMATION
Please note, most of our cages are shipped in flat form, that is, they are not assembled. Assembly instructions and all hardware and tools necessary are included with all cages.
BuyCages.com ships to the lower 48 states only. Not available in Alaska or Hawaii.
Shipments made to AZ, CA, CO, NV, OR, UT, and WA will be charged an Extended Shipping Fee of $5.00.
Damaged or missing parts:
We make every effort to ensure that your order is packaged correctly and safely. If a problem does occur, please email email@example.com within 6 days of receiving your order and we will replace the missing or damaged part. If your cage is damaged in shipping, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. The shipper requires a damage claim to be filled out within days from shipping. In order to ship you a new cage we must file a claim with the shipper. The shipper will come to inspect the package and pick it up to return it to us. We’ll get a replacement cage shipped out as soon as the shipper picks up the damaged cage (usually within a few days).
All returns must be made within 5 days after received date. To return a cage you must first email email@example.com to receive an authorization return number, please include your order number. All items are subject to a 30% restocking fee. We do not refund our shipping costs. Cage must be in new, unused condition. Once we receive the cage back with a copy of your invoice and the authorization return number we will refund the purchase price of your cage (less processing and restocking fees).
Our cages are tested for safety and durability, however, if directions are not followed when assembling a cage, we can not be held responsible for accident.
We recommend you wash your new cage before using. Galvanized after-weld cages can be neutralized with a 50% vinegar/50% water solution. PVC-coated cages can be washed with soap and water.
